Unlike other forms of recuitment agencies, we do not charge a fee
based upon expected earnings,salary or package. Our fees are based upon
a fixed fee per day worked by the interim manager which we would negotiate with you up front.
As a multi-discipline provider of business services we are of the few
UK based interim management agencies able to provide you with a suitably
qualified professional interim manager within 3-5 working days irrespective of the
business discipline.
How do we work?
- We require a full technical brief including a person
specification of the type of interim manager your organisation requires
- We need to understand your 'day rate' budget
- We will select a shortlist of interim managers for interview based upon your full requirements
- We interview on a 'face to face' basis suitably qualified candidates
- We will provide you with a shortlist of up to 3 pre-qualified interim managers
- We will provide you with a full 'write up' on each candidate
- We will manage the subsequent interview administration process on your behalf
- We will inform the candidates of their respective success or failure at interview
