Formed in March 2003 by Lisa and Paul Wilson, Aster Interim Solutions
is a company focussed primarily on providing interim managers. We provide Interim Management Services and career Interim
Managers to both private and public sector companies and organisations throughout the UK.

Based in Milton Keynes in North Bucks, the company’s principals
have both operated at senior executive level for a number of global
companies and are able to pass on to you the benefit of their
experience through their award winning Interim Management practice.

Specialising in the UK manufacturing sector, Aster Interim has
carved out a
niche supporting UK manufacturing companies with interim managers which
has been recognised at both local and national level.
Aster
Interim Solutions received a ‘Highly Commended’ in the Citizen Business
Awards 2004 and were Winners of the Most Promising New Business Award
for the South East of England Chambers of Commerce in 2004.
Our Managing Director, Paul Wilson was winner of the prestigious and
coveted Sales & Marketing Interim Manager of the Year Award for
2005.
In
addition, Aster Interim Solutions Ltd is Registered with the DTI Manufacturing Service. This status
recognises the contribution Aster, its principals & associates have
made to the UK manufacturing sector.
Aster Interim Solutions also has a separate trading division, Aster
Training a corporate training company which provides a range of open training courses and business training Courses across a wide range of disciplines for the business professional. Aster Training specialises in both lean manufacturing and six sigma training courses.
